In most circumstances, a trailer tyre will require replacement due to degradation of the tyre rather than low tread. Look carefully for perishing of the surface and between the tread blocks. Don't forget that using a trailer with tyres unfit for purpose is also an offence regardless of the distance or speed at which you travel. Useful Tip: When not in use, try to remove the wheels and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
